Tony, with the support of his brother Joe Schiavello, founded the company in 1966 on the principles of innovation, quality and service excellence, and with the premise that “anything is possible.” Under Tony’s stewardship, the Schiavello Group has grown from a small interior fit out and partitioning business, to the thriving, multidisciplinary company it is today; one of Australia’s most respected interior construction specialists, furniture designers, manufacturers, and property developers.
Peter is charged with leading the Schiavello Group into its next phase of growth while maintaining the core client-centric values responsible for our success to date. Peter is committed to providing leadership within our industry, inspiring a culture of learning, sharing, strategic development and advancing the company’s use of research and design to create service and product solutions which support client aspirations.
Olga commenced her career with the Schiavello Group in 1984, as an Accountant and Office Administrator. Today, Olga is the Financial Controller and Office Manager for the Schiavello Group and she heads up a division of more than 400 staff. As Financial Controller, Olga has been a driving figure behind the company’s growth from $20 million to over $450 million today.
Joining the Atlantic Group board in August 2011, Olga’s strong financial background and years of experience provide keen strategic directional insight to the Group’s Executive Team.
Warran was appointed to the Atlantic Group board in 2010 and his years of experience provide inspiration and guidance to the Executive Team at the Company.
Warran’s inspiring career spans over 30 years, fulfilling roles such as CEO/Director and General Manager. He has accumulated considerable experience and knowledge in a range of businesses and ownership structures, delivering a strong track record in growth. Warran is a strategic thinker with exceptional capabilities in understanding a range of commercial businesses.
Marino was appointed to the Atlantic Group board in 2005. With over 30 years of experience in public accounting including receiving instructions to advise on financial overviews, explanations of accounting technical presentations, general investigations of financial situations and advising businesses on changes necessary to become viable.
Marino has extensive experience assisting clients with acquisition and sale of businesses and reviewing and assisting with preparation of contracts. His tax knowledge is extensive, and he is frequently engaged to advise on income tax, capital gains tax and GST matters to a number of industries, including the hospitality industry.
